To return a product for after-sales service:

1. Download and complete the after-sales service request form*.

2. Attach the completed form to the product to be checked
   
   
3. Return the package** to us at:

*Without this form, the processing time may be impacted.

**Please ensure that the product is well-protected in an appropriate packaging to avoid any breakage during transport.

You can also ask us for a loan while your product is being checked.
